Solar impact study to assess build impact

Summary

3D model created to calculate sun shadows in order to assess sunlight impact of proposed build on adjacent properties.

Project

The planning officer requested sun shadow studies to determine whether there may be a sunlight impact on neighbouring properties and amenity spaces. We created a sun shadow drawing showing certain times of day and months in the year using a 3D model to illustrate the impact.
